A brief portrait of the Corporate Social Responsibility CSR division
Our team has dedicated itself to the promotion of societal/social responsibility in Switzerland, Europe
and in countries to the south and east. For this purpose, we combine methods such as organisational development,
mediation, coaching and stakeholder dialogue with specialist know-how in the social and environmental area.
Intercultural aspects are incorporated into our work through specific training courses or as a transversal topic.
Working with us means that we get to know you and your interests and requirements through specific questions and
then support you in the implementation.
We support companies, administrations as well as non-profit organisations that want to demonstrate their societal/social
responsibility in an appraisal with a CSR quick scan and the development of a CSR strategy. We also provide assistance in the
suitable selection or formulation of CSR standards
and guidelines as well as suitable communication instruments.
With activities in international collaboration we
pursue focal areas such as ‘Business & Human Rights’ as well as ‘Labour Conditions / Decent Work’, and
CSR in tourism.
We support supplier chains in their environmental and social alignment, through the development of concepts and consultations
in the area of sustainable procurement.
