    Cancellation is possible at any time; no costs will be incurred.

    Paid seminars:
    By registering, a binding booking is made.
    Cancellation must be made in writing; email is sufficient:
    up to 3 calendar days before the start: free of charge
    from 2 calendar days before the start / no-show: 100% of the participation fee is due

    Substitute participant: A substitute person may be nominated at any time free of charge. Please inform us in good time; participation requirements must be met.

    Invoice / due date: Currently, invoicing takes place after the event; invoicing in advance remains reserved.

    Cancellation by the organiser: If the event is cancelled or postponed, for example due to too few participants, illness or force majeure, any fees already paid will be refunded.
