Our services:

Contaminated site surveys
We can carry out a historical and/or technical contamination survey of your land (company site, former landfill site) and, where applicable, draw up the necessary decontamination and monitoring measures in accordance with the Swiss Contaminated Sites Ordinance.

Soil testing
We can carry out soil surveys on your site and provide assessments in accordance with the Swiss Soil Pollution Ordinance.

Supervision of excavation work
We supervise excavation work on construction sites with contaminated subsoil.

Hazardous material surveys
We will survey your building for building pollutants and contaminated building structures, providing consulting services on safeguards and decontamination measures.

Risk assessments and remediation supervision
We determine pollutant levels in building structures and subsoil, draw up waste hazard assessments on brownfield sites and provide estimates of site and building value reduction and decontamination costs. Where a building structure is contaminated with asbestos, PCBs, hydrocarbons or other pollutants, we will provide an assessment of health hazards for local residents, select the most effective method of contamination removal, supervise the remediation work and organise the disposal of the contaminated material.
