Dangerous goods transport

You are involved in the transportation of dangerous goods as a carrier, consignor or consignee. This means that you are potentially subject to the extensive regulations on the transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with ADR/SDR, RID/RSD or other regulations, depending on the mode of transport. Depending on the situation, you must appoint a dangerous goods safety advisor in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor Ordinance (GGBV) and notify the authorities. We support you with our services in the area of dangerous goods transport:

• We help you assess to what extent you are subject to the dangerous goods regulations, and which regulations are relevant to you.
• We identify the applicable exemptions for dangerous goods transport (1000 point rule, LQs, etc.) and instruct your employees regarding the regulations and safety measures that apply when handling dangerous goods.

• We take on mandates as external dangerous goods safety advisors for road and rail (without class 7) and advise you on specific questions for other modes of transport.
