Dangerous goods transport
Are you involved in the transport of hazardous goods, as a carrier, consignor or consignee? Then you are potentially subject to the extensive regulations on the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with ADR/SDR (the Swiss ordinance on the carriage of dangerous substances by road), RID/RSD (the Swiss ordinance on the international carriage of dangerous goods by rail) or other regulations, depending on the mode of transport.
Depending on the situation, you may have to appoint a DGSA in accordance with the Swiss Ordinance on Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers and notify the authorities.
We support you with our services in the area of dangerous goods transport:
- We help you assess to what extent you are subject to the dangerous goods regulations, and which regulations are relevant to you.
- We identify the applicable exemptions for dangerous goods transport (1000 point rule, LQs, etc.) and instruct your employees regarding the regulations and safety measures that apply when handling dangerous goods.
- Wir unterstützen Sie bei der Erstellung von Beförderungspapieren und beim korrekten Verpacken und Kennzeichnen von Gefahrgut-Versandstücken.
- We take on mandates as external dangerous goods safety advisors for road and rail (without class 7) and advise you on specific questions for other modes of transport.
