Lexplus

Lexplus circuit

Would you like to ensure that your business complies with the law with as little effort as possible?

With its Lexplus tool, Neosys AG from Switzerland offers a simple and cost-effective solution for checking and documenting the legal compliance of your company.

Graphical representation of the LexPlus cycle including the stages: initial analysis, document creation, update, LC audit, and reassessment – for structured legal and compliance process management.

Initial analysis

In order to determine the specific legal requirements of your company, our experts carry out a thorough personal analysis of your company. We will visit you and inspect your processes and infrastructure on site. You can benefit from the know-how of our many years of experience in legal analysis.

Creation of customer document

Based on the data collected, we create a customized document for you with all the legal requirements you need. This document includes all relevant provisions at federal, cantonal and communal level. State-of-the-art regulations, such as those of SUVA and VKF as well as relevant EU requirements, are also taken into account.

Update

The legal documentation must be maintained; we update your legal documentation once a year. In doing so, we enter the changes to the law in your Lexplus document that could have an impact on your company. If you wish, we can update it at shorter intervals. This ensures that your document is always up to date.

Reassessment

New processes? New location?
Or simply new needs? In the event of changes or from time to time (every 3-5 years), we recommend that our customers carry out a reassessment on site. This ensures that the legal documentation always corresponds to the conditions on site.

LC audit

Our experienced specialists carry out legal compliance audits with and on your premises. We check whether your procedure for assessing legal compliance is up-to-date, appropriate and suitable and whether the necessary evidence and authorizations are available.

Workshops on legal compliance

Would you like to deepen your knowledge of certain laws? Do you have questions or uncertainties about certain topics? Would you like to set up Lexplus for an efficient workflow?
We conduct customized training courses and workshops to anchor the know-how even better in your company.

Our fields of law

Our specialists offer you all legal services in a wide range of legal areas. Other fields can also be integrated after consultation.
