Sustainable supply chains

In order to act sustainably, an organization must also consider its indirect impact on the environment and human rights along the supply chain. Companies have due diligence obligations relating to human rights, health and environmental protection. According to the Due Diligence and Transparency Ordinance (VSoTr) and the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO, Art. 964a-c, j-l), they must report on child and forced labor as well as the sourcing of conflict minerals.
